WHAT ARE YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH GROUPS?
Beloved University's Youth Mental Health Groups are community groups designed to support youth navigating hard seasons with skills to cope and the courage to change the things they can.
WHO ARE BELOVED U'S YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH GROUPS FOR?
We offer groups for preteens (ages 9-12) and teens (ages 13-18).
WHAT HAPPENS DURING GROUPS?
During groups, we focus on building our confidence, loving who we are, and making friends who remind us to stay focused on moving forward.
As a group, we gain COURAGE to face what wants to silence us and hold us back, CONFIDENCE to be ourselves, find our people, and pursue purpose, COPING SKILLS to deal with what we are experiencing, and COMMUNITY so we know we are not alone.
WHEN & WHERE DO GROUPS HAPPEN?
Where: in person for 8 or 12 weeks during the fall, winter, and spring seasons
When: for 2 hours after school, usually between the hours of 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm; times may vary based on group

Yes, there is a cost to participate in Beloved University's Life Groups. Pricing information is provided at the registration link for each respective group.
